Imagine your day in paradise and enjoying the sun light with the different marine creatures, it is a life time opportunity that can only happen at Caye Caulker Marine Reserve. The new reserve with only 18 years of existence has developed a significant eco-system.

Come and enjoy all that Mother Nature has gifted us here in Belize. Paradise on earth, the coral garden is the first spot that you will be exploring. Having over 70 species of corals such as Star horn coral, Elkhorn Coral, Elliptical star coral, and Ivory bush coral to mention a few. The marvelous Shark Ray Alley is the second stop; there you will be snorkeling with the nurse sharks and the stings rays, or just admire these marine creatures that are feeding. The third stop will be in the shallow water at the world’s second largest barrier reef. Here you will be seeing the spotted Eagle Ray, different species of fish, such as the colorful queen angle fish, the Stop Light Parrotfish, and the Graysby, just to mention a few. At this time you will be cosseted with tropical fruits and ice cold water to rehydrate yourself, heading back to the famous tarpon caves. Belize hosts a large amount of cave systems, and Caye Caulker is not an exemption. The tarpon is the family of the bone fish, they can grow from 4–8 ft. long and weighs 60–280 lbs., and reside in the caves, and we called them the giant fish. We leave the best for last; here you will be feeding the giant tarpon with live bait (sardine). Just seeing how this big creatures jump for the bait and splashing again in the warm waters of the Caribbean is spectacular. From here you will be heading back to the Split where you can continue the party at the Lazy Lizard Bar and Grill.
